The 2000 mg that is listed on the CBDPRO 2000 bottle is the total amount of CBD within the entire bottle. When you do the math that is equivalent to 16.6 mg of CBD for the suggested dose of .50 ml daily use. This happens to be the typical dosage that I start each of my patients out with and adjust according to their response.

1. Shake the bottle to mix the different levels of CBD oil as they will settle.
   Place CBD oil in mouth from the eyedropper.
   DO NOT touch the eyedropper inside the mouth or on anything else.
   Hold CBD in mouth for 5 minutes…This is the most important step!
   After 5 minutes swallow remaining CBD and saliva that has built up.
   Store CBD away from heat and direct sunlight.
   Take your CBD consistently at the same time each day.

A rule of thumb that I use is after 3-4 weeks of CBDPRO use in a chronic condition and no noticeable changes, I generally will increase the dosage by 50% for the next 7 days. For example, if I started out with .50 ml of CBDPRO 2000 for a chronic pain condition with no noticeable changes after 3-4 weeks, I would increase the dosage up to .75 ml for the following week. Likewise, if a health condition is neurological or nerve related and after 3-4 weeks of no noticeable changes, I will decrease the dosage by 50% for the next 7 days. For example, if I started out with .50 ml of CBDPRO 2000 for a neurologic condition with no noticeable changes after 3-4 weeks, I would decrease the dosage down to .25 ml for the following week. The CBDPRO 2000 concentration level is typically the starting point for using CBD and is continued until symptoms have reduced and have not changed for 30 days. Once this point of has been reached, it is presumed the CBD has completed its stimulation of the endocannabinoid system, replenishment of our storage, repair of the system that was out of balance and has reached maximum improvement status.
