REFUND POLICY
At CBD PRO, we stand behind our products 100%. We work hard to ensure that our quality is second to none, and our customers agree that this difference is something you will experience. We’re so convinced our products will make a difference you can actually feel, that if any product doesn’t meet your expectations, we want you to send it back within the first 30 days of delivery and we will happily give you the opportunity to exchange for another product or receive a full refund.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product shipment and ship back the unused portion. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued, and an email will notify you of that transaction.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72hrs. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
