We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
The request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Physical items should be returned in original packaging when possible.
Used or partially consumed items may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
Digital products (courses, guides, downloads) are refundable only if you have not accessed or completed the majority of the content.

3. How to Request a Refund

Your name and order number
Date of purchase
Reason for the refund request
We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions (if applicable). Approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days.

4. Returns & Shipping

Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a CBDPRO error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized by us.
Use a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you after verification.

6. Non‑Refundable Items

Gift cards or promotional credits
Downloaded or fully accessed digital content
Items returned more than 30 days after purchase

7. Refund Processing & Timing

After your return is received and inspected (if applicable), your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.

If you do not see the refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, contact your bank or card issuer. If issues persist, email support@cbdpro.co.

8. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@cbdpro.co.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
